Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Spot Atlas Team regarding your access to and use of AI Spot Atlas (https://aispotatlas.com).

By accessing or using our software and services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description & SaaS Delivery

AI Spot Atlas provides automated educational content synthesis, transforming public video captions into active recall quizzes, interactive tests, and flashcards. Our service is delivered via a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) architecture, requiring internet connectivity and a modern web browser.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service for any unauthorized or illegal activity. You shall not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of our API endpoints;
• Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to overload our server infrastructure;
• Submit content that is defamatory, abusive, or infringing on third-party copyrights;
• Resell or redistribute your individual account credentials without our explicit written permission.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our IP: The application interface, trademarks, code, algorithms, and design assets are the exclusive property of AI Spot Atlas Team.

Your Output IP: You retain full commercial and educational ownership of the generated question sets, flashcard decks, and exported Markdown/PDF files created through your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewal

All paid upgrades (Pro Monthly, Lifetime Access) are billed upfront through our authorized payment processors. Monthly recurring subscriptions will renew automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until cancelled by you in your User Dashboard.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for extreme accuracy, AI-synthesized educational materials may occasionally contain minor factual nuances. Users are advised to review generated study notes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Spot Atlas Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
